Why listen to Josh?

I grew up in real estate before mortgages became my career.

My grandparents spent more than 40 years as Realtors, and I worked alongside them as an assistant while I was still in high school. Today I bring more than 21 years of mortgage experience to the questions buyers and homeowners ask every day.

I pride myself on knowing the guidelines, the lesser-known programs, and the exceptions that matter when a deal isn't straightforward. MortgageDadOf3 started because too much online mortgage information is incomplete, misleading, or simply wrong.
